Delivery Policy

DELIVERY STATEMENT

All orders are subject to product availability. If any item in your order becomes unavailable after making your order we will notify as soon as possible after the order has been verified.

Shipping

Processing time: All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders are then dispatched within 2-3 days.  After processing and dispatch, shipping will normally take between 14-25 days for your order to arrive.

If more than 30 days have passed please email us at support@danique.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

When your item is shipped you will be provided with tracking details so that you are able to follow the progress of your order.  Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.  Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 25 days.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Taxes for all products are included in the price of the product.

Depending on the value of your order, your order may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of Danique's hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
